Shipping Options and Terms
When Will My Order Ship?
We strive to ship items within 3-5 business days. We will do our best to notify you promptly if an item is backordered. Some items may be shipped in separate packages, depending on size and weight.
What Shipping Options Do You Offer?
Depending where you are we ship differently:
- U.S. standard domestic shipping usually takes around 5 to 8 business days.
- International shipping usually takes 1 to 3 weeks to arrive.
Expedited shipping – Do you offer faster shipping options?
For U.S. shipments, yes we do! We offer USPS Priority shipping which usually takes 2 to 4 days to arrive.
What if the shipping address was wrong and the order can’t be delivered?
If an order is returned to us because the wrong shipping address was given with the order, we will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue. If contact cannot be made, we will reimburse the cost of your order minus the cost of the postage that was paid to ship it.
Billing & Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us for any reason. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order we may attempt to notify you by contacting your email address and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders for any reason, without giving a reason. In these instances, if payment has been made, a full refund will be given according to our Refund Policy.

We accept payment through PayPal, credit and debit cards and by check.
Full payment needs to be made or verified before orders are shipped. For check payments, we will communicate with you about when your item will ship or be available. Depending on the check payment amount, we will sometimes wait until the check clears our bank before your order will be processed.
All payments are processed through secure financial institutions.
By purchasing items you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or older and you have the right, authority, and capacity to agree to and abide by these Terms. You also represent and warrant that you will use all items, products and resources in a manner consistent with the instructions provided and in a Christian manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

JDEA may provide a variety of resources including but not limited to physical products that are shipped, online resources, digital downloads, videos, services and more.
JDEA attempts to be accurate as possible in our product descriptions and to provide quality products that meet and/or exceeds the descriptions provided. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions and website content is accurate, free from errors, complete or current. We may use third party manufacturers who sometimes change their production styles, product colors, etc. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the service or concerning the product is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). If we refuse to provide products or services, a refund will be issued for any money received by JDEA for your purchase according to our Refund Policy. For subscriptions a refund will be given only for the time for which you paid during which the services were declined to you. Refunds will not include any shipping amounts. Refund will also not include any amount received by a third party organization or retailer that was a part of your purchase (i.e., email hosting, website hosting, domain names, etc.)

We are committed to providing you with quality products. If you are not pleased with your purchase from JDEA, just contact us within 30 days and we will give you a refund or a replacement. Depending on the product you purchase, shipping fees may or may not be included in the refund. Please contact us for specific questions.
Only purchases made directly from our Site or directly from JDEA qualify for the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you purchased one of our products from another reseller, please contact your authorized reseller for their merchant guarantees.
